5 – Observe o seu comportamento

momento que você pode escolher qual a melhor reação ao que lhe acontece!…
Assim você passa a entender essas emoções e atuar com elas.
A partir daqui desenvolva perspetivas construtivas e positivas das pessoas e
acontecimentos, e crie um ambiente positivo e motivador à sua volta.
E para completar este ciclo virtuoso, a forma como você reage às situações é
determinante para a gestão das suas emoções.
6 – Tenha um caderno de anotações
Para podermos monitorizar melhor as nossas emoções e comportamentos, nem
precisamos de recursos sofisticados…. Basta um caderno de anotações.
Observe o seu comportamento e anote tudo sobre si própria(o) no papel. Entenda os
seus gatilhos as emoções a que se está a agarrar e que a(o) podem prejudicar no seu
caminho ou que comportamentos seus ou de outras pessoas, despertam (os tais
gatilhos) em si sentimentos perturbadores de raiva, irritabilidade, intolerância, etc.
Isto é como fazer um mapa sobre si própria(o) e observá-lo de forma analítica, sem
críticas nem julgamentos, mas de forma imparcial!
7 – Pratique a positividade
Um ambiente positivo, com frases e exemplos inspiradores, é fundamental para
trabalhar a sua autoconfiança e determinante para exercícios de inteligência
emocional.
Uma dica é fazer uma “dream list” ou seja, uma lista de sonhos, ou então um “vision
board”
Cada vez que você contacta com acontecimentos e factos positivos, mais emoções
positivas são geradas e alimentadas! E são estas práticas que a (o) ajudarão a colocar
em perspetiva as emoções desconfortáveis ou assustadoras quando surgirem.
8 – Evite desculpas
No momento em que você começar a sofrer com a baixa da sua energia vital, vem a
preguiça, a raiva excessiva, a intolerância e impaciência…

Desculpas tais como… “Não consigo trabalhar porque não tenho ajuda de ninguém…”

9 – Não tenha medo de se afirmar
Em muitos momentos, toda a gente se pergunta e a outras pessoas se está no
caminho certo…
É saudável procurarmos por feedbacks para resgatar ou fortalecer a
autoconfiança.
Mas, caso seja preciso, você não deve ter medo de ser afirmar e posicionar sobre os
seus sonhos, e mostrar em que se baseia para os construir e que propósito lhe quer
dar!
Se alguém quiser tirá-la (o) do seu caminho e propósito, não permita!

10 – Aprenda a lidar com a ansiedade e o stress

ansiedade. Agora que já sabe que o seu SNC (com o simpático e parassimpático)
estão a trabalhar para o levar ao estado saudável, seja resiliente e confie que o seu
corpo está a ajudá-la(o).
Se começar a sentir ansiedade, diminua o seu ritmo e frequência. Tire um tempo para
si, para se concentrar, com emoções construtivas e serenas, para depois retomar às
suas tarefas…
Se está muito cansado, descanse. Também pode praticar meditação ou alguma
atividade física.
Sente que está a explodir?
Calma, faça imediatamente respirações profundas e fortes para que tenha tempo de
pensar antes de agir, racionalize a questão, coloque as emoções conflituosas em
“stand by” observe-se e aprenda a agir diante da pressão.
Foque-se depois naquilo que lhe traz motivação diariamente.
11 – Reconheça os seus limites
É essencial que você reconheça os seus limites e as suas potencialidades.
Se você não consegue por exemplo estudar oito horas por dia, comece a estudar duas
ou três e vá aumentando, ou se você sabe que não tem condições para arrumar a casa
inteira, faça-o por sectores.
Compreenda que todos temos limites físicos, e que esses limites não são fraquezas,
mas sim característicos pessoais!
12 – Festeje as suas vitórias e celebre os seus erros!
Dê-se o direito, e até o dever de errar!
Assumir á partida, que todos temos uma margem de erro para explorar, uma quota de
percentagem para corrigir, é fundamental para desenvolvermos a qualidade de
